Cancellation Policy

The following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the use of the SAP Vista website and services (“Services”) advertised and available on or at the SAP Vista website (the “Website”). The Website is owned and operated by SAP Vista. The Website is offered subject to your (the “User” or “you”) acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be modified and published from time to time on the Website by SAP Vista – including Pricing, Refund, Privacy Policy, and others. SAP Vista offers a refund policy adhering to the policies mentioned below.

    In order to purchase services on the Website, the User may fill the contact form on the Website (including filling out all required personal information). The User must notify SAP Vista immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of its account. SAP Vista may change, suspend or discontinue the Services, Products, fees, charges, and terms at any time, including the availability of any feature or content. This Agreement is void where prohibited by law, and the right to access the Website is revoked in such jurisdictions.

    SAP Vista reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify this Agreement, fees, charges, and terms at any time. The User shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. Use of the Website by the User following such notification constitutes the User’s acceptance of the changes in the terms and conditions.

    SAP Vista uses a secure Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. All online credit card transactions performed on this site are secured payments.

    • Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.

  5. Cancellation Policy:

    1. Initiate Cancellation: You may initiate a cancellation by contacting our customer support team via email or phone.
    2. Refund Eligibility: If you cancel your service within seven (7) days of the purchase date, you will be eligible for a full refund, provided that the reason for cancellation is valid.
    3. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within five (5) business days of receiving your cancellation request. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
    4. Refunds after Service Transpired: Refunds are generally not allowed after services have transpired unless at the discretion of SAP Vista.

    Please note that in case of any outstanding balance on your account, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
